"Tonari no Seki-kun"

Hello Anime and Manga Fans!! bit of a twist this week, for this time im gona tell you
about 'Tonari no Seki-kun', a 21 ep anime yet they only last 7:30 an ep, and it's Genres
are; Comedy, School, Seinen. So, let me tell you a short tail............

'Rumi Yokoi' is a Japanese High school las who study's hard, but when a new student,
'Toshinari Seki' is moved to the seat next to her, her daily school life defiantly becomes
more.... Interesting.

'Rumi's' school days go as usual, but In every class, 'Seki' doesn't take notes or pays
attention in class, but rather plays at his deck, in secret, avoiding the watchful eyes of
the teachers, but he isn't just siting there twiddling his thumbs, 'Seki', is the 'Master of
Killing Time'.

Each peired 'Seki' finds something new to do, weather making something elaborate or
playing out a story with bored game peace's or toys, 'Seki' basically has an amusement
park at his finger tips. And like a little kid at a magic show, 'Rumi' cant help but watch
him while he works his magic, even if she's the one who gets in trouble for not paying
attention.

But it's not all one sided, 'Suki's' deck top story's can be sadistic at time's, and 'Rumi',
seeing his (at times) cruel story's unfold, finds ways to turn it around for a happy
ending, or just for some well awaited payback x)

Will the two end the year with good grades, or will they fail their tests and be caught ?

Well that's that, this was a change, this is the first Anime I've put up that doesn't have a
dub, I decided to do this because it's just well.... interesting, to see what amazing things
you can do at a deck XD, that and since in one of the vids their learning English, it prob
wont get a dub, so its a now or never thing x)
Also since the episodes are so short I would say to look at the Manga, for a longer and
more adventures feeling on it, it has 8 volumes so far and is ongoing.

"Danganronpa"

Hello Anime and Manga Fans!!! This week i'm gonna tell you about "Danganronpa" it
has 13 episodes, and its Genres are: Action, Horror, Mystery, Psychological. So, sit
down and lets have a look, your anime Double will be here somewhere.....

It all takes place at 'Hope Peak Academy', a place where only the finest of society's
High schoolers, every year only 15 are allowed to attend, 14 being ones with particular
top rate talents, like boxer, artist, cook, and so on, and one normal person, that is picked
by luck. To graduate from this high school, essentially means your guaranteed a future.

The one 'Lucky' student in this story (and main male protagonist) 'Makoto Naegi', arrives
at the school and as tradition, all are given a title to reflect themselves, 'Naegi's' being
'Ultimate Lucky Student', all the students are excited that they've been accepted into this
prestigious institution, but these feelings, don't last long.

For they are confronted with the schools principal 'Monokuma', a remote controlled bear
with a split personality (but mostly evil). He explains that until they graduate, no 'one
will be allowed to leave, and the only way to graduate, is to kill a fellow student,
and not get caught.

But don't be fooled, theres more to it then that, for once a body is found, shortly afterword's
(once the others have a chance to find clues) the students are gathered, and in front of 
'Monokuma', must accuse one of the students for the murder, and this is when it gets
tense.

For if they guess right, the murderer is executed. But if they guess wrong, the murderer
graduates and is free, but the rest of the students are killed, so only one, will leave alive.

Will only one leave this school, or will one of them find a way to set them all free ???

Well that's that, if your the type that likes to compare yourself to an anime character (who
doesn't x) then this sounds like the one to find it. Now, as for 2nd season, apparently at the
end of this series, it hints at the 2nd season, but that was like 3 years ago, soooo its classed
as 'unconfirmed'.

"Blue Exorcist"

Hello Anime and Manga Fans!!! this week I'm gona tell you about 'Blue Exorcist', it
has 25 episodes + ova and movie, its Genres are:  Action, Supernatural, Demons,
Fantasy, and Shounen. So, lets begin.....

The story revolves around a 15 year old lad called 'Rin', he's and orphan who has
lived in an monastery with his twin brother 'Yuki' and guardian 'Shiro' all his life,
while his brother is the perfect person, 'Rin' has an attitude and gets into fights a lot.

One day after failing again to get a job,'Rin' is grounded and is feeling low when the
guy from his last fight (along with his group) come to his house, and ask to talk. while
in an ally the guy says he's going to the same Acadamy as 'Yuki' and  doesn't want
people to knowing he beat him up so offers him money, but 'Rin's mind is elsewhere.
he's been seeing little black creatures flying everywhere and the guy seems to be
changing in front of him, into something else.

'Rin' tells him he wont tell anyway and to keep his money, but the guy, creature, or
whatever he is starts to gout him, pushing him to take the money, since his family is so
poor, and makes a remark that his brother 'Yuki' only got into the Acadamy because he
studied so hard.

'Rin' loses his cool and hits him, saying not to insult his brother, the guys group retrains
him while the guy proceeds to bring a pipe heated in a fire close to his eyes, but 'Rin'
suddenly bursts into blue flames, the guy tells him that 'Satan' has been waiting for him,
and askes him to come with him to hell.

That's when 'Shiro' appears he reverts the guy back to his human form and tells 'Rin' the
creatures he's been seeing are daemons, and that their is a war, for there exists two
worlds. 'Assiah', the human realm, and 'Gehenna', the realm of daemons, also, 'Shiro' tells
'Rin' why this is happening, they have realised that he's the spawn of 'Satan', and now they
will be coming for him.

They run back to the monastery and prepare for an attack, in which 'Shiro' gives him a
sword called  'Kurikara' explaining that his daemonic powers are sealed within, and tells
him never to open it. in the fight, 'Shiro' is possessed by 'Saten', and attempts to bring
'Rin' to hell through a portal (called the Gehenna gate) 'Shiro', in a last bid to stop this,
stabs himself to stop 'Satan's possession. 'Rin' draws the sword and destroys the gate to
save 'Shiro', but he's already dead.

At the funeral 'Rin' meets 'Mephisto Pheles', the chairmen at 'True Cross Acadamy', he
has come to kill 'Rin', but is amused at his goal to kill 'Satan', and so against his orders,
enrols 'Rin' in the Academy.

Will 'Rin' learn to control his powers and kill 'Satan', or will he become a Daemon ???

Well that's that, I have watched this one but that was before I started this blog. if you
like daemons and a bit of action then this is for you, I also added the Tag 'Comedy' since
I found it funny as well, and as for 2nd season, the author of the anime has said he will
make a 2nd season if it sells well, but he has since let slip that he had no intension of
making a 2nd season after the 1st, weather this was when he made it or after is unknown,
but we hope it will.

"Future Diary"

Hello Anime and Manga Fans!!! Tonight is Halloween, a time of fright or flight, while
all enjoy the night. And in the spirit of Halloween here's another Anime to make you
squeal, "Future Diary", it has 26 episodes (+1 ova) and it's Genres are: Action, Mystery, Psychological, Thriller, Shounen, Supernatural, Suspense, Romance, so, lets see what
the Future has in store for us, shall we.....

The story begins in japan with a young lad called 'Yuki', he's a bit of a loner that views
himself as a spectator from the side-lines, and as such spends most of his time righting in
his diary on his phone and talking to (what he believes) his imaginary friends 'Deus Ex
Machina' the God of Time and Space, and 'Muru', Deus's servant.

But one day he learns that 'Deus' might be real after all, as he is selected along with 11
others that have a diary to compete in a battle royal, the rule's, kill all other contestants
within 90 days, the last one standing will be the new lord of time and space, and they
have no choice, for if a winner is not decided in the said time, then the forfeit will be an
Apocalypse.

There weapons in this competition are there phones, or more specifically their 'Diary's'
that tell their future, but this is only a clue, as their futures can change on their actions.
If this wasn't bad enough for poor 'Yuki', 'Deus' tells the other's that 'Yuki' is the first
diary holder, and his favourite to win, this puts a big target on his back, for the others see
him as their biggest threat, so 'Yuki' teams up with 'Yuno', his obsessive, psychotic
stalker, and the 2nd diary holder, but 'Yuno' knows something, and it might be serious.

Will 'Yuki' and 'Yuno' find love and victory as gods, or will they find defeat and death ??

Well that's that, I feel like I've done it short but its still a good description on what to
expect. as for a second season ?, no chance, on all accounts they say it ended perfectly,
so unless the author of the anime feels like doing one, their isn't going to be.

"Elfen Lied"

Hello Anime and Manga Fans!!! 1 week left till Halloween YAAAY!, and to prepare you for
that frightful night the Anime your gonna read this week is one that will give you chills.
'Elfen Lied', A gruesome 13 ep anime that is sure to make you shiver, it's Genres are:
Action, Drama, Horror, Psychological, Romance, Seinen, Supernatural, Science-fantasy,
Ecchi, so grab a friend and your favourite pillow, and let me tell you, about 'Elfen Lied'.

'Elfen Lied' Takes place in Japan, where a fairly new spices has appeared, the
'Diclonius'. Rumoured to be selected by God to be the destruction of mankind, 'Diclonius'
are physically the same, apart from a pair of horns on their heads, but their main
difference, lies in their "sixth sense" and their telekinetic invisible arms called 'Vectors'.

'Vectors' are basically 'Ghost hands' that can pass through objects, but at the will of the
'Diclonius' can physically touch anything as well, to throw objects or more commonly
'Cut' there victims. If this wasn't enough of a reason to fear them, the 'Diclonius',  all
have a tendency towards violence, though whether this is in there DNA or caused by the
abuse from humans is unknown.

But for all there power they have one major weakness, they can't reproduce, at least, not
from a 'Diclonius' body, you see, with there 'Vectors', IF they touch a Human/male, they
pass a on a virus, which causes  the infected male's future children to be 'Diclonius', with
that said, their born sterile and female, and since their born from a human there called 
'Silpelits', but are no less powerful than any 'Diclonius'.

All these things (if not more) are the reasons why the Government have hunted them
down, captured, and isolated them in laboratories, (why laboratories? because Humans
want telekinetic powers as well XP) and this is where 'Elfen Lied' story begins.

For there is one "Diclonius" that can reproduce, that being Lucy, the 'Diclonius Queen',
who is being held in one such laboratory on an island near 'Kamakura', but one day she
breaks free from her restraints, and on her (slow walk) out, massacres the guards who get
in her way, apart from a guy called 'Kurama' (but you will find out why on your own x)

When it seems she's escaped, a sniper hits his mark, and Lucy falls of a cliff into the
ocean, only to wash up on the beaches of 'Kamakura', alive!, but not as she was, for the
shot may not have killed her, but it has made her lose her memory, creating a second,
childish personality, 'Nyu'.

This is when 'Kouta', a student at the local university, and 'Yuka' (his cousin) find her on
the beach, realising that she can't remember anything, they name her 'Nyu', for that's the
only thing she can say, and bring her home to live with them till her memory comes back.

This gets them involved in the many (often Brutal) attempts to recapture her by
Governments Assault teams and other 'Diclonius'. But 'Nyu's' darker side still comes
to the surface now and then, at it's apparent that she has a past that she's yet to reveal.

Will 'Lucy' go back to her violent ways, or will her friends change her for the better??

Well that's that, more of a backstory then an intro, but it was either, give you a boring look
at the start of the Anime, or give you a good Piece of lore behind it. (keep in mind its only
13 episodes) + 1 ova.

Now, when this was aired back in 2004, in a year it was awarded as one of the best
anime's of it's time, so 2nd season, no, why?, because unfortunately when the anime was
made the Manga was still ongoing, so it kinda veers off a bit. (like what happened to
'Deadman Wonderland') But hay you never know, for there's many people still asking.

And I don't know if it's true but I found an old (brought down) link, apparently IGN said that
there would be a 2nd season last year, but I can't confirm if it was legit, any info on it would
be appreciated (for I hate forums x\ )

"Noragami"

Hello Anime and Manga Fans!!!! This week we'll be looking at "Noragami", a 12 Ep
anime (24 when 2nd seasons comes out) made in January 2014, it's Genres are: Action,
Adventure, Shounen, and Supernatural. So, let me tell you the tail,,,,,

There are two sides to this world, the "near shore" and the "far shore", Humans live on the
"near shore", while "deities" and "ayakashi" live on the "far shore". "ayakashi" are basically
ghosts, but they are only fragments of the deceased who live in the "far shore"/afterlife.
Sometimes, these "ayakashi" possess Humans to causes trouble, so its up to the "deities"
to send them back.

One such deity called "Yato", once a god of war, is now a minor god without a shrine,
who has styled himself as a "delivery god", drawing his number on walls offering help in
exchange for five yen, the usual donation made at shines, in the hope to gain followers.
He used to work with his Shinki, Tomone, but after a heated decision, went there different
ways.

"Shinki", is the name given to those that after wrongly dying becoming spirits of a pure
nature (not sucide or possessed by "ayakashi") are approached by  "deities" with the offer
of becoming there weapon (think "Soul Eater").

One day when "Yato" was looking for a lost cat, a Highschool girl called "Hiyori", spots
"Yato" running across the road after the cat, and when he was about to get hit by a bus,
"Hiyori" shoves him out of the way, saving him, but to her horror, she didn't come out
totally unscaved. For though she was on the sidewalk with "Yato", she looks back to
see herself, laying on the ground.

Later she tracks down "Yato" to get some answers, and after saving him AGAIN, he
explains that the accident has put her somewhere between "near shore and the far shore".
Basically life and death, her body will on accession pass out, turning her into a "ayakashi".
(Though the only difference in appearance is a pink tail) "Hiyori", at a loss, hire's "Yato"
to help find a way to turn her back to normal.

Will they find a way to turn back to normal, or will she turn into a full time ghost ?

Well that's that, it has the same humor like my previous review "The devil is a part timer"
and the hole person being a weapon is like "Soul Eater", so it should be interesting, and
with a 2nd season not long away (this year or early next) it will be a decent length.

"The Devil Is A Part-Timer!"

Hello Anime and Manga Fans!! This weeks review is called "The Devil Is A Part-Timer!"
It's a 13 episode long series made in June 2013, it's Genres are: Action, Comedy,
Fantasy. So with out further-a-due lets begin....

It all starts in the magical realm of  "Ente Isla", in which 5 island reside in the form of a

cross, 4 representing west, north, east and south, with the 5th being in the canter, (I say it

looks like an old compass/link below). Now this world might have 1 sun, but it has two

moon's, one red and the other blue. They are seen by the Humans of this realm as gods.

But in truth, the demon world lies on the red moon, while heaven lies on the blue moon.

(Basically this is an alternate earth, with a hint of Norse mythology "9 realms" mixed in)

One day, the Daemon lord "Satan" (not the one we all know) after settling his own troubles
and agendas on Hell/moon, turns his attention to the realm of "Ente Isla" in an attempt to
unite it as well for his kind (as well ?, read the back story X). The first place he took control
of was the central island city off "Kentourm", and thus the war began.

Now at this time, on the western island, in a village called "Sloan", a young girl called
"Emilia Justina" (later to be known as "Emi Yusa"lived with her father Nord "Justina",
on there family farm. Life was peaceful, though not without a past, at lest for them, for after
"Emilia" was born, her mother left, and "Nord" had never told her why, that is till now. The
day the "Ente Islan Church" representatives arrived, telling "Nord" that "Emilia" was to be
taken into the church to be trained as a hero, due to being half human half,,, Angel!?!?!

At this moment "Nord" revels the nature of her mother, she was an angel who fell in love
with him and vies-versa, but in this world an angel having a human child was forbidden.
But even so they had "Emilia" and to ensure her safety and there's, fled, after being told
this she left with the Monks, only to learn days later that the Daemons invaded her home,
and killed her father.

Years later after the Daemons hordes have conquered the 5 islands, the church strikes
back, with "Emilia" (now a grown women/warrior) leading the charge. One after another
she retakes the lands, and kills the generals that preside over them, "Lucifer",
"Adramelech", "Malacoda", all fall to her blade (except "Alciel" in the east, seeing the
generals fall he flees to "Kentourm"). After taking back the last outer island, she heads to "Kentourm", and to finish Satan. In his castle the two meet, and in an epic fight the young Heroin cuts off one of the Daemon lords horns. Seeing that defect was close, he opens a
portal and escapes, along with "Alciel", vowing to return.

But in there haste they end up in another dimension, which is modern day "Tokyo". To
there horror, they learn that not only that there powers have been striped from them, but
they've also have been turned into humans. They realise that there transformation is a
good thing in there depowered state, and that they should lay low till they recover there
powers, but they need to eat, and a skill such as "world conquest" isn't gona help them.

So "Satan" takes on a part time job at MgRonald's, and ever being a guy with a goal (till
his powers return) makes it his mission to be promoted, and become full-time employed.
( x) But trouble will soon come a calling, and will challenge the Lord on both a physical,
and personal level.

Will Satan regain his powers, or will he lead a new life, and turn enemy's, to friends ?

Well that's that, the story is interesting and by all accounts fun to watch, but at this time
there's no news of a 2nd season, even though it only covers 3 of 8 volumes of the novel.

"Announcment"

Hello Anime and Manga Fans, as predicted there's no review this week, instead I've
upgraded the blog with tags, so for those who don't want to look through all 40+ Anime's
( xP ) they all now have tags so your searches are a little easier x)

Also so that this weeks not so dry, a wee bit of info I found, "Deadman Wonderland"
did have a 2nd season in mind, but there where 2 things that's put it on hold. 1: it didn't
sell well in Japan, and 2: though it is based of the Manga, it is missing 3 or so characters.

Basically it seems they've skipped a few key moments involving them, and that's why it
wasn't received well, but by all accounts its not dead, though most speculate that it would
have to be remade to involve those missing bits, it's became very popular in America, so
you can be a-shored it wont just fade away.

Well that's that, sorry for no review again though thanks to this update I have a few in
mind, maybe enough so that it'll make up for 2 weeks worth, maybe more, but for now
all new and old viewers should give it a try and see how it go's, you might just find one
you overlooked x)

"Announcment"

Hello Anime and Manga Fans, sorry to say that due to collage and this weekends
"comic-con" I've had no time to do a review, and as such you'll have to wait till next
week. Plus though bear in mind this isn't defiant, I might have to slow down on the
reviews till I can sort out a new routine.

Also, since there's now 40-odds worth of Anime's on this blog (WHOOW!) I'll soon
be adding tags for those looking for certain "Genres".

Lastly, to make up for there being no review this week here's some info for ya. First,
"Tokyo Ghoul's" 1st season has been dubbed yay!. Second, "Muv Luv Alternative"
will have a 2nd season some point in 2016

"Muv Luv Alternative: Total Eclipse"

Hello Anime and Manga Fans!, A bit late but never the less this time we are looking at
"Muv Luv Alternative: Total Eclipse" a 24 episode Anime that was made back in 2012.
It's Genres are: Romantic comedy, Mecha, Action, Military, Sci-Fi, so, lets begin....

It started back in the 1960's, a time we all know as a time of hippies and the famous
"Moon landing", but after this is when we enter this Anime world, for back in 1958 they
saw something strange on mars, and by 1967 they saw the same thing on the Moon but
then they new it was Extra-Terrestrial life, and when they eventually came to earth in
1973, it was not the first encounter everyone was hoping for.

There visitors from space well,,,, invaded Earth, and Humanity gave them the name
"BETA" ("Beings of Extra-Terrestrial origin that are Adversaries of humanity").
Twisted, grotesque beings that you would think where part of some generic experiment,
that varies in height (like those in Attack on Titan) so since most of these gruesome
creatures are much bigger then your average Tank and their preferred style of getting up
close and personnel in huge numbers, cancels out our usual style of a good old fire fight.

So Humanity responded by making Mecha suits called Tactical Surface Fighters (TSF
for short) these Mech's are 18m tall, and while having (of course) firepower, are also
equipped with various melee weapons to deal with any that get to close (think movie
"pacific rim") and while these new weapons slow down the number of defeats, the war
against the "BETA" by 2001 have claimed 2.4 billion lives and the abandonment of major
parts of the world like "Europe" and "Asia", victory, looks bleak, (again, "pacific rim").

Now our Hero's adventures come about, the year is 2001, 28 years after first contact, and
at this time, the "Soviet Union", "United States", and "Japan", are the main forces fighting
back, "Yui Takamura" is a cadet in the Imperial Royal Guards, (japan), learning to pilot a
TSF, though she then has a rather strong reality check, when the "BETA" attack the
capital, where she is learning with her classmates, and end up joining the war early.

With japans capital attacked, and there issues upgrading there "TSF"s, the "US" offer  a
joint development program in a international mutual development project of "TSF"s, so
"Yui" is is given responsibility of the project (on japans behalf) and is sent to the "US" /
"Soviet" outpost in "Alaska" where the joint effort will take place.

At the same time, the "US" sends "Yuya Bridges", is a  "TSF" pilot for the US Army, to be
there test pilot, the thing is though, he's half Japanese and half American, and jue to his
father (Japanese) leaveing at an early age, has a deep hatred of Japanese, so the idea of
working along side them must make his skin crawl, but his inbound meeting with "Yui"
will change their destiny's drastically.

"A Lull In The Sea"

Hello Anime and Manga Fans!!!, This time we are looking at "A Lull In The Sea" it
was made in 2013, (with dub included, nice of them) its Genres are : Drama, Fantasy,
Romance. So, lets have a read......

Long ago when the world was young, Humans lived in the sea, protected by their
"Sea God", which bestowed upon them "Ena", a substance that allows them to live
below the waves, but some humans chose the surface, and in doing so the "Sea God"
left them, taking away there "Ena" so they may never return to the ocean floor.

Time went on and a rift has formed between the land and the sea people, (be it a grudge
or a sense of heresy to there god, you'll need to find out) though contact between them
has stayed the same.

Due to this when a school in the underwater town of "Shioshishio" is forced to close
down due to a overwhelming flood of "Saltflake snow", four 14-year-old middle school
students "Hikari", "Manaka", "Chisaki" and "Kaname", get transferred to "Mihama
Middle School" in the surface fishing village of "Oshioshi".

Their lives will change as they have to deal with the discrimination between the surface
and the ocean, their personal lives, and there feelings,,, as to there surprise they meet a
fellow student called "Tsumugu" a fisherman with a deep love with the sea (go figure x).
But with it being forbidden to fall for a surface dweller, how will this go down.

Will they adjust to a part life on the surface, or will this hatred boil over and burn them ?

Well that's that, a story between two worlds so close but so far, the adjustments that will
be made, and the puppy love x3, though best bit, No Fanservice! finally, fyi I don't look

"Highschool of the Dead"

Hello Anime and Manga Fans!! This week we're taking a look at an old yet well known
Anime called "Highschool of the Dead", it's 12 episodes long (13 + ova) it's Genres are
Action, Horror, Harem, Ecchi, Supernatural (2nd season still undecided) so, lets begin...

The time is present day Japan, and it starts with a look at "Takashi Komuro", "Takashi"
is a troubled Highschool student, long ago when he was young a girl by the name of
"Rei" promised him she would marry him when they got older, and has been in love
with her ever since, they became best friends, but because he was unsure about her
feelings for him, which led her to go out with one of "Takashi"s other mates, "Hisashi".

This daydream of the past soon ends as the world becomes infected by a virus that
brings about the walking dead, this event was called the "Outbreak", in this event of
walking, screaming, hungry corpses coming around, "Takashi", "Rei", "Hisashi" along
with other students where in there Highschool when the "Outbreak" happened, and so,
they team up, along with the schools nurse, they take the chance to venture out onto the
streets in search of a safe haven from the ravenous horde, and there parents.

Will "Takashi" and co get to safety, will "Rei" become his, or will they all become food ?

Well that's that, have to say I've been told to watch this alot, if the background hasn't
given you the hint I love zombies, and to find out after all this time that it only has 13
episodes, kinda disappointed, but I still have a lot of respect for this Anime regardless I
can tell by what I've read that it sets the standard, kind-of reminds me of "Guilty crown".

One last thing, this was made around 2006, and was dubbed in 2010, the 13th episode
hints on a 2nd season, but from what I found with a quick look, is that due to earthquakes
and tsunamis in Japan, they apparently passed a law forbidding the adaptation of any
stories about the apocalypse, a-bit far-fetched but kinda makes sense (if true) oh!, and
the director still has interest on making the 2nd season so thanks for reading leave a

"Accel World"

Hello Anime and Manga Fans!!! This week we're taking a look at "Accel World" it's 24
episodes long, (26 adding ova) it's Genres are Action, Comedy, Drama, Romance,
Science Fiction, Cyberpunk, Fighting, Future, Growing Up, School Life, Virtual Reality.
(that's alot o_o) There is a 2nd season planed, get to that later, so, lets begin....

The year is 2046, Japan (as usual x) and people use devices called Neuro-linkers, where
via terminals, can go into the global net in the form of a virtual world with their own
customised characters. One short, overweight boy at "Umesato Junior Highschool"
called "Haruyuki" uses his local terminals at school to escape from the bully's who
constantly torment him, and though he has exceptionally low self-esteem, he's an elite
gamer (though he only plays "squash") fyi, his character is a small pig x).

One day, "Haruyuki" is once again playing "squash" on his own yet again, when his skills
attract the attention of "Kuroyukihime" (which means "Black Snow Princess") the most
popular and attractive girl in school, as-well as being Council Vice-President.
(her character is just her with butterfly wings and black dress) She shows "Haruyuki"
a game called "Brain Burst" a virtual reality fighting game, and with the use of a secret
peace of gear know as "Burst Linkers" go into an Accelerated World where time moves
much faster than in real life.

"Kuroyukihime" asks for "Haruyuki" help in reaching level 10 on "Brain Burst" by
earning "Bust points" through Duels, in order to meet the creator and find out the purpose
of "Brain Bust's" creation, but if "Haruyuki" loses all his "Bust points", he wont be able to
return!.

Will "Haruyuki" beat the game and make friends, or lose his chance to change his life ?

Well that's that, basically "Highschool dxd" but the main character being more hopeless x)
As for the second season, it's been said that "Reki" the director of "Accel World" and
"Sword art Online" has spoken to studios about it, but their response is that their busy,
so 2nd season IS! coming, but there's just no room for it at the moment, right, as usual

"The Ambition of Oda Nobuna"

Hello Anime and Manga Fans, this weeks review is "The Ambition of Oda Nobuna",
it has 12 episodes (no new season planed) its Genre's are ,Romantic comedy, Action,
Historical, Alternate History, Harem. So, lets begin......

It starts with 17-year-old high schooler "Sagara Yoshiharu" his favourite strategy game
is "The Ambition Of Oda Nobunaga", which follows the story of the a famous daimyo
who played a huge part in unifying japan back in the 16th century "Nobunaga Oda"

One day though, "Sagara" it transported back in time to the "Sengoku period"
(16th century) where he ends up in the middle of a battle, where a man saves him from
a bullet. That man was "Hideyoshi Toyotomi", "Sagara" slowly learns that he's altered
history, especially since most of the famous daimyos are now girls. "Sagara" is taken in
by "Nobuna Oda", this reality's girl version of  "Nobunaga Oda". "Nobuna" takes him in
to replace "Hideyoshi", even calling him "Saru" (monkey, "Hideyoshi's nickname").

So now "Sagara" fights alongside "Nobuna Oda" to put history back on the right track
and to make "Nobuna's" ambition a reality.

Will they unify the land and put history back on track, or will it this troubled land burn ?

Well that's that, boy go's back in time and helps "Nobuna" take japan, we hope, and, duz
anyone else think the pink skulled ninja "Hachisuka" looks like "Koneko" from
"Highschool dxd" XD.

Anyway, there is no news on a 2nd season, it was made in 2012 but it follows only follows
4 out of the 12 books of the light novel, that and apparently the ending even hints on a 2nd

"Shiki"

Hello Anime and Manga Fans!!!, this weeks review is about "Shiki", a 22 episode long
(24 adding bonus episodes) it's Genre's being  Supernatural, Horror, Mystery, Fantasy
(sounds about right) with no 2nd season planed, (explain later) so, lets begin....

It starts in a small village called "Sotoba" in the 1990s a place where they still have there
old customs, like burying there dead in wood-planked coffins, and so remote there's no
road to get to any known highway. Things are going as normal as they have for years,
with the only local gossip is of a strange family who have recently moved into the
long-abandoned Kanemasa castle located on the outskirts of town.

One day, three people are found dead, "Toshio Ozaki" the doctor of the only hospital in
"Sotoba", puts it down to natural causes, but as more body's pile up, he wonders if its an
epidemic. "Toshio" duz his own investigation into the deaths, and learns that there's a
supernatural presences in the village, a creature known as "Shiki" (which means "Corpse
Demon") other words vampires, is behind it all, and now fights to stop them, before they
they kill everyone in the village.

Will "Toshio" stop the villages destruction, or will his last moments be, a pair of fangs ?

That's it, vampires in a small town with a doctor being one of the main characters, one?,
OW I, who's the guy in the picture I wonder x), you'll just have to watch and see, as for
2nd season, doesn't look like there will be one, since it was based off the novel, which

"Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet 2nd Season Cancelled"

Hello Anime and Manga Fans!!!, some extra news here, sad to say, one of my favourites,
"Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet" 2nd Season, has been scrapped.

I was just re-watching it, and decided to see about the 2nd season, which turns out
Production I.G decided to stop. There reason ? “various reasons", that's it! no more of a
reason then, "we cant be bothered" attitude, but there is good news.

They have decided to turn it into a novel, along with 2 OVA episodes brought out some
point in 2015, and since this news is fairly resent, there was no news that I could find on
what thoughts reasons where.

Last tid-bit here, yes it's been cancelled, but it was in the making, so the ground work has
been done, 2 OVAs will be released and a novel along with it, so 2nd season REALLY 
depends on how they go. If the OVAs stands somewhere at the beginning of the novel,
then there's a chance, if they show different parts of the novel throughout, then making a
2nd season would be like driving into a brick wall.

Its not to say that they WILL make it, it's just that they MIGHT make it, here's a link to

"RWBY"

Hello Anime and Manga Fans!!! 2nd of this weeks double review is called "RWBY". It
has 28 episodes +2nd season, 3rd to come (22 if not including parts) its genre's are
Action, Adventure, Comedy, Science-fantasy, Drama, Fantasy, and School. So lets begin..

It starts literally in the beginning (before the series) man was born into a world of
unforgiving darkness, in the form of animals called the  "Grimm" bent on the destruction
of the light that man creates. But mans stubbiness (xP) led to the tool needed to fight back,
and win, that being "Dust" (made from crystallise) giving the wielder a force of nature that
gives both them and weapon magical powers, and with it man brought light into the world
and more importantly, life.

But in the present world of "Remnant" the fight against darkness is still ongoing, and
thoughts that use these ability's (professionally) are called "Huntsman" or "Huntresses",
and one girl called "Ruby Rose" dreams of being one, and after her attempt to stop a
robbery, a case of being in the "right place at the right time", she gets her chance.

Her talents with the "Rifle-scythe" (a rare weapon) are spotted by  "Professor Ozpin" the
head of "Beacon Academy" (think college) she tells him that she learnt to use it from her
uncle "Qrow" (the only other "Rifle-scythe" wielder) in "Signal Academy" (Highschool)
and is offered a place in "Beacon Academy" and in taking the offer has graduated 2 years
early (Yaay!).

Now "Ruby Rose" along with her new friends "Weiss Schnee" (Revolver-rapier)
"Blake Belladonna" (pistol-sword) and sister "Yang Xiao Long" (Shotgun-gauntlets)
head for the city of "vale" where they will be trained at ""Beacon Academy" as a team to become "Huntresses" and do battle against the "Grimm" and the darkness they bring.

Will "Ruby" become a "Huntresses" and bring light, or will the Darkness snuff it her out.

Well that's it, but here's a Note: "RWBY" was produced by a US studio known as "Rooster
Teeth", who were previously known for their live-action shorts, machinima, and gaming
videos. According to the written material I found, "RWBY" had fewer resources to work
with, for thoughts that look for the small things, example "lip sink", or climbing a ladder,
it looks a-bit stiff. BUT everything else more then makes up for it.

With a plot, voice acting, and script that's just as good as any anime, and the top lore, is
the action scenes!, using there experience with video games, they have made action
scenes that blow even the best Anime's away!

The only other down side is that the length for the 1st seasons episodes verys from 6-16
mins of video (not surprising with there limits) but in the second season the length of the
episodes went to 12-18 mins, so I would guess that they are slowly getting better funding
for it. And who knows, by the time the 3rd season comes out it might reach the usual 20
min length, Note: 3rd season scheduled to be released some point in 2015.

"Durarara!!"

Hello Anime and Manga Fans!!, we'll be starting this weeks double review with the one
I teased about, which is called (Drum-roll) "Durarara!!" It has 26 episodes (62 if counting
second season :Note is still ongoing complication). It's Genre's are Action, Suspense,
Mystery, Supernatural, and the story, well, lets see......

It all starts with "Mikado Ryugamine" a teenage lad who dreams of the excitement of
living in the city, so when a childhood friend "Masaomi Kida" calls up and offers him a
place in "Raira Academy" in downtown "Ikebukuro" :Tokyo, he jumps on the next train.

When the train arrives at "Ikebukuro" he meets "Masaomi", and he gets a quick tour of
the neighbourhood, and a warning that the city may be exciting, but that doesn't mean
its not dangerous, the subject being that of "Ikebukuro" 3 warring gangs. Especially the
people within them, in one gang is "Shizuo Heiwajima" who is violent and superhumanly
strong, in another lies the information broker "Izaya Orihara", these 2 are constantly
butting heads, while the 3rd gang known as "The Dollars" lies in mystery.

Along with the "Dullahan" known as "Black Rider" (Irish version of the "headless
horseman"), who by chance "Mikado" spots on the very night of his arrival, things would
have went on as normal, but with the coming of a serial killer called "Slasher" these
people's will end up clashing, while the outcome of the city starts to unfold.

Will "Mikado" survive in the big city, or will the upcoming war end his adventure.

Well that's that, to clear up a topic here, a "Dullahan" is a Irish version of the "headless
horseman", but also a "Grim Reaper" combined. (moving on) lets see, season 2 is still
getting dubbed and made (12 eps dubbed done at time of this review) 3rd season planed
for 2016 (2017 latest) according to the notes out there this Anime follows many characters,
showing there lives and events unfold, but sharing the same space of time in the anime
(no wonder it's so long xP) point though it's well balanced, apparently never losing drive
or the mystery behind it, that sounds good right.

"Soni-Ani: Super Sonico The Animation"

Hello Anime and Manga Fans!!! This week we're looking at "Soni-Ani: Super Sonico
The Animation", it's 12 episodes long, with Genre's being Comedy, Slice of life, Music.
(couldn't find more XP) "Sonico" was originally a mascot for the company "Nitro+" for
there video games (3) and Manga's (again 3 of them) and in 2014 they made an anime
for her. So, shall we begin...

"Sonico" is a busy 18 year old girl, although being a wee bit shy and goofy, she tends
college while juggling her jobs, them being a part time model for her manager "Kitamura",
and waitress at her grandmas restaurant, but out of everything she doze her favourite and
dream job is working as lead singer and vocalist for her band, "Fastest Speed in Space".

"Sonico" has so much to do she sometimes gets herself into bother and needs a little help
from time to time from her friends "Fuuri" drummer, and bassist "Suzu" along with her 5
cats, Roasty, Porky, Noodles, Fishcake, and Tasty (XD). And with them she keeps herself
on her feet, working hard to improve herself as a person.

Will she stand tall and feel proud with her work, or will it all make her fall down ?.

Sad to say that's all I can say, don't get me wrong, in every episode there's an adventure,
an event that makes it fun to watch, but it lacks a plot, in a nut-shell, the plot is, the
adventures of "Sonico", that's it. But if you want to watch the life of a las with her five
cats and friends getting into all sorts of mischief, then by all means!, watch it, I know
I will, CAAATS!!! XD

"Tokyo Ghoul"

Hello Anime and Manga Fans!!! This week i'll be telling you of a new one (yaaay) called
"Tokyo Ghoul", it's 12 episodes long (24 including second season - 3rd to come) it's
Genre'sare Dark Fantasy, Action, Drama, Horror, Psychological, Seinen, Supernatural.
It was aired back in July 2014, and the light novel is still ongoing, sooo lets begin!!....

It starts in Tokyo (big surprise) with 19 year old university student "Ken Kaneki" who one
day spots a beautiful girl called "Rize Kamishiro" and when asked out on a date, actually
says Yes, after there date they end up in an empty construction site, and in a moment of
supposed romance, takes a bite out of his shoulder (yummy) she reveals herself to be a
"Ghoul" a creature that eats human flesh (getting better x) but during her playful fun with
her food, some scaffolding falls and crushes them both,

Later, paramedics arrive and rush them to hospital, and though they couldn't save "Rize",
they apparently where able to save "Ken" by transplanting "Rize's" organs in "Ken"
unknown to them though, this turns him into the first Human/Ghoul Hybrid. "Ken" try's
to return to a normal human life, while trying to deny his Ghoul side juicy human flesh,

At his lowest he is approached by some Ghouls, though to his protest, make him eat some
(Ghoul) food, keeping him alive, and while becoming friends, teach him how to survival
in Ghoul society and its warring factions, while keep both his new life and hunger! under
control.

Will he suppress and deny his Ghoul side, or will he allow and embrace his other half, ?

Well this sounds good, if you haven't already guessed by the blogs background this is my
type of thing, a good person containing his darker, hungry half XD, seeing that this will
test "Ken's" morality, I cant help but feel like I'm gona be watching "Bioshock". Quote!!.
"If your life was blind, would you kill the innocent, would you sacrifice your morality,
we all make choices, but in the end, our choices, make, US!". Here's hoping XD

Also it appears that they dubbed the second season first, so this first season is yet to be
dubbed, but it is on the way or I wouldn't have written this x) dubs only, aaand it seems
that season 3 will be coming out summer 2015 (link below).

"Attack on Titan"

Hello Anime and Manga Fans!, this one is called "Attack on Titan" This Anime is a 25

episode's long and might get longer with talk of a sequel (season 2) this Anime was based
on a Manga that came out in 2009 called "Advancing Giants", and in 2011 it had a
spin-off light novel and had two spin-off Manga's on top of that!,

But finally after all those Manga's they produced, an Anime that we all know as
"Attack on Titan", was made and aired in japan between April and September 2013 It's
Genres & Themes are: Action, Fantasy, Horror, Monsters, Post-Apocalyptic, Vengeance,
and War. It was produced by Wit Studio and Production I.G., the Director for this Anime
was also the Director for, *Death Note*, *Highschool of the Dead*, and *Guilty Crown*

Story go's as follows:
One day out of nowhere, the Titans came, Giant humanoids that eat people on sight, but
have no interest in animals, they don't take in nourishment from there victims.
Regurgitating the corpses when they are full, if that wasn't bad enough they have no
reproductive origins, and seem to last an indefinite amount of time without food.

Driving humanity to the verge of extinction, what was left of humanity built three enormous concentric walls, Wall Maria, outermost, Wall Rose, middle, and Wall Sina, innermost.
Behind these walls, humanity enjoyed a hundred years of Peace, with most never even
seeing a Titan, all this changed when one day, a sixty-meter tall giant called the "Colossus
Titan", mysteriously appears and breaches the outer wall to the Shiganshina district which
juts out of Wall, *Eren Yeager's* hometown, allowing smaller but still deadly Titans to
enter, after watching helplessly as one of the creatures devours his mother during that
attack, *Eren* vows to kill every Titan walking the Earth.

A few years later after he and his surviving friends enlisted to fight against the insatiable
monsters, he gets his first piece of action, in which he discovers he has the power to turn
into a Titan at will,

Could he be the saver who defeats the Colossus", or will he be the
monster that brings the downfall of the last safe haven on earth?.
 
Here's the good bit, the ADR Director has done many good anime's, the most, like, YES!,
out of all of them is *Wolf Children* and two script writers (who might be in the cast) and
an ADR Engineer they ALL! worked on *Dead Man Wonderland*, the two script writers
had both worked on *Black Butler* and one of them on *Guilty Crown* all of which are
some of my FAVOURITE ANIME'S OUT THERE! So no worry's, this English Dub is
going to be EPIC!!!

Well that's that, baring in mind that this is a clean up from when I first started reviewing,
but it still duz it's intended purpose, also, there will be a "live action movie" of the anime

"Seraph Of The End"

Hello Anime and Manga Fans!!! This NEW! Anime is called "Seraph Of The End" it's
12 episodes long (second season coming October 2015 makes 24), it's Genres are,
Action, Dark fantasy, Drama, Shounen,Vampire, and Supernatural. It was aired in May
13th 2015, so 3rd season?, bit early to start looking ^_^".
Well, lets delve into this dark world x).......

In 2012, a mysterious virus kills off the Human race, except thoughts under 13 years of
age, and in Humanity's darkest hour, not long after the adults are all dead, vampires, who
have been hiding all this time, came to the surface to enslave the children left behind and
bring them down to their underworld kingdom.

The vampires take the children Deep into the earth where their city's can be found, (with
the look of Victorian London ) The vampires portray themselves as saviours offering
shelter and protection, at a prise, them being used as blood Banks. Most are content with
this deal, they are children after all, In this realm 2 of the older kids in the same orphanage
"Yuichiro" a boisterous rebel who hates there hosts and dreams of freedom, and "Mikaela"
a well mannered kid who keeps "Yuichiro" out of trouble, and is favoured by the vampires,
decide to escape with the other orphans form "Hyakuya Orphanage" to reach the surface.

But in there attempt to escape they are caught and it turns from great escape to a
slaughter, but in that moment, "Mikaela" sacrifices himself to allow "Yuichiro" to escape,
on the surface,  "Yuichiro" is taken in by the "Moon Demon Company" (cant say more or
spoil) and his dream of freedom turns into a mission for redemption.
Will "Yuichiro" revenge his "Family", or will he become a monster fighting for monsters.

Well that's the way it go's, just to point out that this anime was made by the same studio
that made "Attack on Titan" and "Yuichiro" sounds and acts a-lot like "Eren Yager" so if
you like that, your probably gona like this, I did want to say what was up with their
glowing swords but I felt that would revel to much of the story. Right, as always there's
the links to a Trailer and the series online, but since this is fairly new, the dvd has yet to
be made, so I put a link for the manga instead.

"The Familiar Of Zero"

Hello Anime and Manga Fans!! This week I'll tell you about "The Familiar Of Zero" its
49 episodes long, it's Genre's are Adventure, Comedy, Drama, Fantasy, Romance, Ecchi,
Elves, Fanservice, Harem, Tsundere, (that's allot x) and it started it's 4 season journey
back in 2006, so without further-ado, let me tell you the tail, of Zero's Familiar......

Away in another dimension of might and magic, situated in a land that has a resemblance
to western Europe (vaguely) lies  the continent of  "Halkeginia" in this world, Magic is a
sign of nobility, and as such, the higher education is all bout that!. But in a land of  feudal
lords and lady's, there has to be a place to learn it, just as many would go to France back
in the medieval age, in this dimension the noble magic users go to "Tristainia" to attend
"Tristein Academy" to learn there Magical arts.

In this Academy lives one such student named "Louise" third daughter to the Vallière
family, a well known family at that, as such she has a big sense of responsibility to
uphold the family name, and works hard. But hard working or not, every spell she try's,
ends in an explosion. and thus she has been nicknamed "Louise The Zero" in accordance
with the amount of spells she can do.

But for her there is hope, on the first day of school term, every student takes part in a
sacred ritual to summon herself a familiar, who will serve as her protector and partner,
familiar usually come in the form of animals, so "Louise" is excited and determined to
summon a good one, but when she try's she gets..... "Saito Hiraga"!?!?!

"Saito Hiraga" is just a normal Japanese teenager from another dimension, though
disappointed with her summon, she's not allowed to make another attempt, and so there
both stuck with each other, she treats him poorly, like a servant or pet, but yet (later in
the anime) gets angry when he looks at another girl, and slowly has feelings for him.

Little did they realise at the beginning, but when they made the contract, a rune appeared
on "Saito's" hand, which holds a great power that could tern these Zero's, to Hero's!.

Will they make a good, loving team, or will the world around them come crashing down ?

This sounds good, and probably is, but it was a pain to review (let me explain) this Anime
has 4 seasons, but stopped when the director died in japan (wont talk about the dead) and
as such news on where the anime's going is all over the place, and since the first season
didn't  sell well "Dubbed", the other 3 have yet to be Dubbed, and news about when is
sketchy at best, the official trailer for second season came out early this year, but it said
it'll be out April 2015 (which has past), these links is the best I can find on the mater.
